Keith Dewar

Career Summary and Achievements

Keith holds 35 years in telecommunications, initially with BT (25 years External Network Planning, London zone) leading teams of professional managers and supporting engineers in the planning and development of the external networks for the City of London (with particular emphasis on the roll out of the city fibre network overlay programme).

Senior designer with BT's City dealer board programme, responsible for the physical design requirements and installation of the system, which was deployed extensively across the financial services sector within the City of London.

Founded a successful independent niche consultancy and resource company, Grew turnover to £4m with over fifty people working throughout Europe and the Asia Pacific region. In addition successfully led for MCI the implementation of a $30m data migration programme associated with the introduction of a new network inventory & customer service system rolled out across 10 countries.

In a varied career, jointly led a number of bids and in particular, a north American consortium headed by Tarmac Black & Veach for external network development in Europe. Other projects included, leading a bid team for IBM South Africa into South Africa Telecom. The analysis of the external networks within the Czech Republic leading to a strategic five-year plan to modernise and improve network planning and information accuracy across the Czech Republic.


Graham Richardson

Career Summary and Achievements

Graham Richardson has over 30 years experience in telecommunications and related industry sectors. For the past 13 years he has worked as a consultant on a wide variety of assignments for companies ranging from start-ups to large established telecoms operators. The major part of this activity has been in the areas of process development, business planning and product launch. Although based in the UK, his assignment locations have included the USA, Central and Western Europe, and South Korea.

Prior to moving to consultancy, Graham had a varied career with BT, commencing with equipment design and progressing to senior roles within product development. He holds a Master's degree in management from Imperial College, London, together with an engineering degree from University of Sheffield, and he is company secretary for an internet retail company.
