Global Systems Implementation, data migration and change programme.

SBA had responsibility for part of a Global project, to place all of our clients SDH equipment, circuits and provisioning onto a single computer system.

This involved overall project design for rollout and implementation across ten countries, managing teams, inspecting equipment, validating and cleansing data and inputting to computers and training five hundred users.

This involved a considerable amount of change management activities within the customer service, sales and engineering teams across ten countries within the EU, and Asia Pacific.
